4th Month Update
Two and a half months after being diagnosed with cancer, as the cough symptoms subsided, I joined an aerobic dance class in early August—participating in both morning and evening sessions, engaging in three hours of aerobic exercise daily. On the tenth day of dancing, I suddenly noticed that the usually oily parts of my body, like the back and behind the ears, became unusually clean, and I felt refreshed overall. In my free time, I also play badminton or go mountain climbing. My CEA index, starting from the beginning of the treatment, has been decreasing by approximately 70 every month, reaching 120 by August 31. The pleural effusion on 08/07 was 1200, and two weeks later, on 08/23, it decreased to 800, indicating the effectiveness of the targeted drug and Avastin. The CT scan results from July and August also show significant improvement. I’ve started running, but my thighs feel completely weak, and my muscle mass has significantly decreased.
